Forza 4 will not have Porsche!

Terrible news this morning that EA have blocked Turn 10 from using Porsche under licence for Forza 4, this means we get RUF but no real Porsches.
I think this is incredibly annoying as the Porsches (especially the Cayman) were great to drive in Forza 3.
RUF just isn't the same!

One would have thought Microsoft would have had the financial clout to bludgeon EA into submission.
Don't quite get why EA is blocking it though? It's not as if NFS etc are a rival to FM- they're completely different games in my opinion.
I'll miss the '73 RS, and the Porsche v Ferrari races.

Well EA consider Shift to be a Simulation game and they want it to overtake FM and GT as 'the' multiplatform Sim racer. They are going to need an awful lot more than porsche exclusivity to do that though! EA are quite brutal though as a company, they are trying to kill Steam and this online passcode thing you need to purchase in game now is very annoying for those who buy pre-owned.Don't quite get why EA is blocking it though? You never know it may be settled and the porsches added at a later date.
It won't stop me buying the game.
Can't believe this I loved all the Porsche's in FM3 - I even bought a Fanatec wheel- do EA think that them being awkward will result in people buying their game? I definitely wont be as all the NFS games feel s

Also that article states that T10 had the exclusive rights to Ferrari but never stopped others from using them - why can't EA be the same.
I cant understand why the can't come to agreements on things like this, is this the same reason why TDU never had Porsche's or BMW's and now doesn't have Lamborghini.
ETA : This article suggests that Porsche themselves at are fault and they could easily rectify it.
