construction at London Array site, the pile is driven into seabed then the yellow `transition piece` sits on top. the whirry windmill bit that allegedly makes electricity then sits on top of the TP.



Stage one of the project is about 170 turbines and should be finished end of 2012.
all told there will be 300 installed making it the biggest offshore windfarm in the world.

That`s the ones !the same ones that are getting billions of UK taxpayers pounds in subsidies to fund construction by companies that pay tax anywhere in the world but here . . .
