Wish I'd not seen this tonight - "want" comes to mind.

It's a BMW approved car. Done 70k. Extras are: Adaptive headlights, bluetooth, blue hood, electrically folding mirrors, navigation and TV, rain sensor and auto lights, heated seats, leather. I've always loved Orient Blue too.
Now, I've had my 318Ci Sport coupe 2 years in December. It too is a 2004 and now on 90k miles. I like it but have fallen out of love with it - part of me wishes I'd waited to find a good 320Ci but the 318Ci came up and, at the time was the right car for me. It's been an expensive time though and the car has been a bit of a lemon if I'm honest; I fully get the fact it's a 90k mile car but the list of faults is endless - 98% of them I've had fixed.
So, do I go and see this car - it's a smidge under £10k and I'm quite taken by it. Would a 325Ci really cost me much more in fuel? From what I've read I don't think so?
Input welcome - whether it be "just buy it you dick" or, "are you nuts?"

Yes, it is "just another BMW" but I am a real BMW fanboy (for my sins!) and despite looking at other things I know I'd miss a BMW on the drive.
If you buy a 325, you will just regret not buying a 330.And if you spend £10k, you will regret not spending £7k.
£10k is good M3 money.
Would rather pay a lot less money for something like this :

just get rid of the awful front number plate !

A valid point you make there. M3 running costs though? And non-approved at that money too - although a good indy I'm sure would give good warranties on good examples.
Don't put too much faith in it being approved. I did and discovered it doesn't mean much.Warranty is nice, but at the mileage ballpark you're in you could get a third party warranty on another (cheaper) example if you wanted.
I wasn't aware those lights were an option on the E46 either, thought the E60 was the first BMW to offer them. Looks like Monaco blue to me - we had 330Cd convertible in Monaco blue with grey leather. I thought the interior was ok but does seem quite a few people tend not to like it.
