Rover 200 cylinder head WTF?????

My brother sold this on eBay ( LINK) and now the guy has messaged him saying the cylinder head / cap is missing, and that you cant get any part for it other than the 1 that came with the cylinder head, any ideas what the heck the guy is talking about as I don't have a clue myself???

Its line bored along the camshaft with the camshaft caps in place

If you lose the camshaft bearing caps you can't drop another on as it won't line up
