Hi all I'm an evil dictator for some obscure foreign coutry and I'm looking for a set of wheel.my criteria:
1.nothing 'modern'
2.must instill fear in my followers wherever I go
3.big enough to smash through a roadblock
4.awful mpg as petrol has no worth to me due to my oil wells.
5. Bodywork could take a bullet and not pass through.
6. Must be stylish (no riot wagons)

(seriously not a dictator but looking at big old mercs etc so just trying to see other options)

Isn't it a given that tin pot dictators are generally carted about in LWB armoured S-Classes? Perhaps a more modern tyrant might rock up in a suitably large luxury armoured 4x4?

Got to agree, plus for export you can get around VAT

Go for the Range Rover though, this is no longer about style. i saw a nice one on Witham that had a bolted hatch in the rear but still had boot space.
