So I went to Dick Loveitt Lotus in Swindon....

Thought I would go and have a look at some Loti today as I was passing Dick Loveitt Lotus anyway. Im planning on getting either a Europa or Exige towards the end of the year and wanted to see how well I would fit in one as im 6ft 4. Ive sat in the passenger seat in an S1 and S2 elise and was fine but never in the drivers seat.

Anyway, I walked in, first thing I notice... there are no lotus cars, there are also no staff even though its open.

The only thing in there is a Morgan, a Ferarri 599 and this:



WANT!!!!!!!!

But how weird, a Lotus dealership with no Lotus. The whole thing was a bit surreal.

Does no-one else think its weird that the Lotus dealership didnt have any ? And just had a random x-bow instead?

I thought it was DL Sports cars rather than Lotus? I'm not even sure where it is since i moved out of the building currently occupied by DL Porsche (which used to be DL BMW before that!).

Yes this is what I was told when I was there a few months ago, no longer selling Lotus' but still look after them in regards to servicing.
