Just treated myself to a new Omega Seamaster PO (which I absolutely love).

But while chatting to the sales lady she mentioned that there is going to be another price rise across the Omega range shortly the PO is set to go up by £150, making the RRP £2800 (later this month i think) and the rest of the range will have a similar increase.

Just thought I’d mention it in case anyone is considering one at the moment.

Do the price increases affect used prices at all?

Was in an Omega AD last week tring to work out if I fancy a PO or a regular SMP (would be buying pre-owned but they didn't know that hehe), was told then that all Omega prices were going up by 3% at the end of this month. The newer diver's models due out are a fair chunk more expensive than the current generation!

I doubt that the 3% increase would influence like for like pre-owned models but that might change when the new models hit the streets though I'd guess that it would depend on how popular they are.

I got the model no. 2201.50.00 today, at a resonable price. Saw the new price list which was some what higher for all models is there a revised PO coming out ? that could explain the price rise.
