Aren't they great? I had a bit of an off at the Brighton Big Dog last weekend, just a bit of brusing and gravel rash really, certainly nothing that affected my performance, but a big old graze that makes me look like a hero and gains me sympathy from women.

Anyway, it's scabbed over nicely and is getting to the very enjoyable picking at it stage. I'd forgotten how satisfying it can be.

And afterwards I'll have a nice big patch of untanned leg with will look cool also.
