Anyone owned one ? What was/is it like to live with ? I love wafting round Cities at night, and being self employed its all I really use the car for lately other than trips to the local post office once a day.

Still, cannot really afford to run an S600 yet and love big torque, so thinking of buying the S320 turbo diesel and remapping it. Has anyone had one remapped as I cant find ANY info on it on the internet. My evolution chips dealer says it will be around 230hp and 500lb/ft ?

Cheers

If that really is all you're going to use it for, why pay the premium for diesel? A low annual mileage and short runs mean you won't get much benefit from the extra fuel economy of the diesel. I would go for a S600 or a S500 if you're scared of the bills.

I agree. Own a V8 or V12 before they get banned on environmental grounds and tell your grandkids....

Get yourself a 320 CDI with the IL6 engine. I can easily achieve over 40mpg and the best I've seen was 54mpg
