I don't know why, but I have always worn a watch on my right hand despite being right handed, it just feels more right (pun intended - sorry) so are there any other people out there who wear their watches wrong? (OK its probably just me, but Ive tried to train myself to do it properly, but i just smack my watches against stuff, and the last casualty was the door frame... the watch was fine however! biggrin )

I use to wear mine on the left until recently but I decided to wear it on the right side! I like it more this way tbh.

usually it means the wearer is a leftie as it's easier to put a watch on your weaker hand's wrist ...

I'm a leftie, so I have worn a watch on my right wrist my whole life.

Ah, so this is the thread where wrong 'uns identify themselves.

Watch on the right wrist*? Next, you'll be wearing it with the face on the inside of your wrist, and at that point I'm afraid I shall have to call the police.

*Assuming, of course, that you have a left wrist. I'm not a monster!

If they have a choice, forget the police. Burn them.

Always wear a watch on my left wrist. Right handed. Plus, most of the useful buttons are on the right of the watch, so if it was on the right wrist, it would all be weird, and I'm not having that.

I'm ambidextrous, ooer!!! Watch gets swapped from left to right, depending on mood!

You lucky bugger.

I'd give my left arm to be ambidextrous.

For left handed people, wearing their watch on the right wrist is perfectly understandable. If you're right handed & do so, it's a bit strange.
As for weirdo's who wear their watch face down redcardloser

Since I started collecting watches, I've been wearing one on each wrist! I know this just shows that I'm a show-off git and should know better at my age.

Always worn mine on the right, and I'm right handed, always felt more natural, but I'm left footed.

I'm left handed but still wear my watch on my left wrist, nothing wrong with wearing one on the right but one on each (like john mcririck) is a definite no no.

I'm right handed and up until around a year ago wore a watch on the right, when I took collection of my Monster I tried to 'fix' myself hehe by wearing it on the left - that's where they've stayed ever since. I can't go back to the right, it feels a bit awkward.

I'm somewhat confused (ambidextrous) too.

I write left, play pool left and do a few other things left, but pretty much everything else I do right handed.

I wear my watches on my right wrist, just feels wrong being on the left.
