What's the rules on this.

Do I just put in the ad that there's no tax on the vehicle, very little fuel, needs brake work and transporting it is their problem, but I'm not looking? Sort of thing.

I guess once the V5 is signed over it's not really my problem?

Or am I heading for trouble with this attitude?!

I work on the fact that if you know there's something wrong, state it.

Then, once they sign the V5 it's their problem.

Just make sure you don't lie wink

Oh I'd list everything that's wrong in the advert. It's the actual removal of it that I'm asking about.

But I'll go with the latter part of your post smile

I was more asking about whether I needed to insist it was trailered away etc...

Removal of the car?

I had one I was getting rid of, which didn't turn over. If I remember correctly, the ad stated:

'The car does NOT start, it will need taking on a trailer. The loading of it will need to be done by yourself etc'

If they drive it away - their issue, not yours.
