LS7 Oil change- how much?

Hi,

I have done approx 500 miles on the new engine and about to do first oil change but cant remeber how much oil does it take. LS7 with standard factory bits including oil cooler. Also any tips on the best way to change the oil-I assume drain tank and screw in sump?
