I stripped all the bits from and e36 sport for an engine conversion project I was planning on doing. Long story short, I no longer need the bits and need the room.

I was wondering what you guys think all these bits are worth? I know some guys do conversions for various reasons, and that there are a few kit cars that used these bits. All advice and guesstimates welcome!

Cheers,

Martin

1998 Alusil 2.8 engine,
all anxilaries
manual gearbox
dials/cluster
headlights/tail lights
radiators
Heater/cooler units
steering column
steering rack
full wireling loom
all sensors
ecu
wiper motor
wheels x 5 bbs 17"
battery
etc

Basically I stripped the shell bare and its all available. For me sellig to someone as a kit is a lot less hassle. Just wondered if if would be worth the effort of selling separatley.

Alusil engine = @£500~£800 depending on mileage
BBS Alloys = @ £200~£300 (alloys need a full refurb & the tyres are all mismatched. E36's don't like mismatched tyre so they're almost worthless as a set)
Old radiator with damaged shroud = very little as they're prone to failure at this age so it's not really worth taking a chance on it.
Instruments: @£30~£50
Climate control unit = @£20~£40

As for the rest, you need to compare prices on ebay really.

I'd have to say though that it's unlikely someone would want to buy everything in one go as a job lot unless it's for a very good price, especially as you can get a drivable 328i for @£1000 fairly easily.

Best of luck with it.
