just recently got back into forza 3, and where as before i only used to use the higher classes and cars with lots of power, i've come back to discover that im have just as much fun in the lower classes, especially the renault twingo

458 taken to R3 class (which is annoying as I prefer Porsche to Ferrari)

and an honourable mention for the Twingo (Try it tuned to top of class C,mega fun)

i don't tend to up the power of cars, i like to keep them standard, if i want a faster car i will buy a faster one, for me it makes car choice through the "career" mode interesting

lamorghini gallardo and 458 are excellent but the hyundai genesis is pretty damn fun to drift about in the lower classes.

I have several tunes for the Porsche 930T, none of them competitive in their class, but really good fun to drive.

Most enjoyable, in a rewarding way, is getting a clean fastish lap in my Jelly Belly 1074bhp Jeep.

I don't tune any cars, or race, I just us standard cars in hot lap mode, but for me the most enjoyable cars are generally not the fastest ones. Take for example the Nissan R33 Skyline GT-R, slotting a clean, fast lap on a tough track like Fujimi Kaido is very satisfying in that. Other great cars include the Golf GTI MK2, not fast but has great handling, as is a car I would love to own in real life.

The DeTomaso Pantera, regardless of the state of tune, is hilariously driftable, and sounds completely epic.

Too many to mention cos the whole game is a delight and my sole reason for owning an Xbox and having broadband!
If pushed though i'd have to say my R700 Audi Sport Quattro on a full lap of fujimi Kaido.
I suspect that i may be the only saddo who spends hours doing laps of the ring and other circuits in comparable standard cars to see which is the fastestdrivingnerd

Nope, me too. I often get lap times in standard cars within the top 3% of the leaderboard and even occasionally in the top 1%. It's a shame that modified cars don't get their own leaderboard, there should be a table for standard cars only.

One thing that I have learned, while I'm not the out and out fastest driver on Forza, I am very consistent in my lines!
