Sending wine to Portugal - suggestions?

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this I am sure the mods will move it if required.

I meed to send some wine as a thank you to some relatives in Portugal, close to Lisbon. Any ideas of any companies that do this sort of thing.

At the moment there are only gift websites that come up on google, I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions.

The only thing we've found when at our place over there is that the supermarkets only tend to stock local wines...so maybe its a favourite from home?

Either way any courier will take it i'd imagine if boxed up properly (whether you'd need to declare it as alcohol is an entirely different matter!)

My sister has a place in ferraguda, we have a villa between vale do lobo and Quinta da lago, ,unfortunately dont get out here enough, usually start and each rental season,

Simon, I understand that but DHL want £154 to send a crate of wine over there. My cousins wife is from Argentina so I was thinking of sending some Malbac or Merlot over.

The other option would be to send them some decent Portugese red/white wine.

Simon is there an equivalent of Majestic in Portugal? Failing that I could always transfer some funds to a PH'er if they have the time to organise this? Any takers?
