Big Black Marker

Does anybody know the story of who writes the chassis number and order number under the top half of the dash in black marker pen. Do they write the orderers surname under there - or is that the person doing the writing?

Mine seems to say Ryan Giggs for some reason!

While we are on the topic of big black markers my rear panel behind the seats which has the air vents/speakers in it, has mushrooms written on it in big black letters on the boot side. Any ideas of the gagster behind this one????????????
