Current Mercedes Finance Offers

My current company hack goes back early November and I need a replacement daily driver that will be funded by my car allowance.
E-Class estate fits the bill in terms of size, practicality and economy (although not convinced by the rear end looks wise) and Mercedes seem to have some fairly decent PCP deals. An E250 Sport with Auto, metallic, Sat Nav etc is quoted as the following.
Representative example offer - E 250 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY Sport Estate Edition 125 (Automatic, Metallic paint)
36 Monthly Payments of £449.00 Duration of Agreement 36 months
Customer Deposit £7,495.00 Total Amount Payable ‡ £44,690.51
On the Road Price ± £39,285.00
Retailer Deposit Contribution £656.51
Optional Purchase Payment £20,100.00
Representative APR 7.2% APR
Amount of Credit £31,138.49
Fixed Interest Rate 6.59%
I would need to adjust it in line with my mileage but what is putting me off is the large deposit requirement V the small "retailer contribution" for which I read discount.
If I could get nearer 10% + discount off list and use that to reduce the deposit requirement then that would sit far more comfortably.
Any one on here from a MB retailer or have any knowledge of vehicle finance have an opinion?
Cheers
