What commercial jeep?

Hi guys,
My work place is looking for a new commercial jeep, it is primarily to be used for towing. They currently have Ford rangers which are ok...... One has been written off so with the insurance money they are looking for a replacement.

So far i am thinking: Nissan Nirvara, Disco 3 commercial, Hilux etc

Criteria:
£23,000 Budget, the lower the better
Must be a 4x4
Must have 4+ seats
going to be used for meetings etc so can't be too rough
Diesel
Good tow car

Any experience would be great.

The VW Amorak is on the road now and is supposed to be pretty good
