Well spotted, it is a good article.

Im glad they got rid of that old gear "handle" and changed it to a conventional stick.
I just couldnt understand how the other one would be any good.

Just out of interest how do you select reverse with a sequential box? Is it just down from first to neutral then reverse or is there some sort of protection to make sure you don't engage by accident?

Come to that is there some display to tell you what gear you are in, so for instance you could leave it in frst if parked on a hill (assuming they haven't upgraded the handbrake on the Typhon)?

Purely hypothetical as I don't expect to have a Typhon on the drive in the near future ... just curious.

Managed to sneak into the original 'Tuscan R' (as was) whilst dropping the Griff in at the factory a while back, and fell in love instantly. (Never got to drive the thing of course.)


The biggest releif is that, now prices have been announced there is absolutely and totally no way I could possibly afford one, so I can just get on with admiring from afar!

Good question about reverse Chaos, I was had pondered that too, and - not that it's the point - how smooth and easy sequential gear changes are in traffic?
