fixing to breeze block
Discussion
Hi wonder if I can rack your brains folks, I need to fix a bike hanging bracket to a breeze block wall but everything seems to pull out when a load is applied to the bracket. My question is whats the best product to fix a load to breeze block wall? And where can I get it from?
Many thanks

I had exactly the same problem and tried all sorts of fittings, including the frame ones. Nothing worked so in the end I binned the holder I'd got and bought a double-height one (bikes are on two levels) that rests on the floor and is attached to the wall at the top with two screws. It's been up for about 5 years now with no movement at all.
I swear by double glazing frame fixings, the type the pro's use... Basically a 4'' or 5'' Torx headed screw. Drill 6mm pilot hole, the screw self taps into it using a drill with a torx headed bit. Only cost about £20 for a 100 from double glazing suppliers & very very strong. I hung all kitcken cabinets with these when changing kitchen recently. No faffing about with rawplugs etc etc
I use Thunderbolts - Drill hole then self tap..........

Failing that I use Resin studs............
