West Essex TVRCC - Classic Car Show

West Essex TVRCC have been invited to attend a classic car show on Monday 20th May at the Fiddlers Arms in Fiddlers Hamlet near Epping. The show starts at 7.00pm in the car park and there is usually a variety of classic cars. Last years event attracted over 40 TVRs to the event from all over Essex and surrounding areas.

Sorry for the late notice - but we have only just found out the dates from the MG Owners club how are organising the event.

Might be a good excuse to polish the wheels this weekend as I'm not able to get to Blackpool this year.

Went to the TVRCC West Essex meeting last night - not a bad turnout. I'm in the process of setting up a web site for the club to generate some more interest and will post details later today. I had discussions with the RO - Mike about moving the date/venue, hopefully we can sort something out.

Hey Ian. If the weather holds out(rain forcasted later apparently), I'm up for this. Do you fancy meeting up somewhere in Epping beforehand?

Maybe all three of us (Terminator) could meet up and arrive in convoy....

Not the best turn-out ever! 2 Chimearas, 2 Griffs, 1 3000S, 1 280 Tasmin and a really cute little Vixen.

A big difference to last year and the year before.

Where was everybody? There were over 40 TVRs back in 2000.
I was hoping to see my first Tamora.

There were 3 Chimaera's.

Yes it was a poor turn out this year, mainly due to the MG Owners Club who organised the event not inviting the TVR's back this year until it was very late. I think that previous years turn outs have been overwhelming for the MG Owners when we have had twice as many TVRs as MGs...........

Lets see when they put out the dates for next years event at try to get at least 50 TVRs. Keep your Monday nights free in May next year.
