Seeing as it’s my first Le Mans, I was wondering how easy it is to find Houx campsite. Are there plenty of signs? Having driven in France in the past I know the signs are a bit hit and miss.

I’ll be heading south on the D301 if anyone can help.

all the campsites have a colour code... Red, Blue, Green, White.

Just follow the signs.. they are all over the town.

As long as you can get to Le Mans finding the campsite isn't too difficult, you will see signs with white/red/blue/green arrows on them, follow the green (vert) signs, depending which way you entre the town the first 'green' Houx site you pass (or pull into as your that excited about being there you forget what you've been told ) will be parking green, you'll then follow a few more signs, drive past Houx Annex, and then you'll arrive at Houx, where a dodgy French character will show you to your numbered pitch by riding in front of you on a push bike
the closer it gets the more I'm going to miss it this year
