Now I love cereal, I've always got few boxes from Alpen to cocopops. Drenched in ice cold full fat cravendale......thing is I can't honestly remember the last time I ate cereal for breakfast......it's always toast in the morning and cereal at night....

Do I require a padded cell? (not just for the lame topic)

Not just you, we do it too! Neither of us does breakfast first thing, stomachs don't wake up til 10 and when they do they want bacon, sausage and other things substanial (sp?) But we often have a bowl of cereal when we first get in from work or later on in the night once dinner has worn off if we're working late. Only difference is, I have mine with hot water on rather than devil juice!

Oddly the time I most often eat cereal ('today I have been eating mostly...') is as an evening meal when I've had a blow-out lunch. One just needs a little something to fill the gap until morning time.

Weetabix or Alpen are the usual culprits.

I've been getting into a slightly odd routine where I have a bowl of Special K for breakfast, massive lunch at work then Special K for my evening meal too - maybe not the most sensible eating pattern but seems to do the trick. I normally run in the evenings so don't have any appetite for anything more.

Now that I read that back I sound like a middle aged lady trying to drop a dress size (I'm a 24 year old lad...) hmm!

I'm sorry you put what on weetabix????????

Along with hot water earlier, whats wrong with good old milk, a deep bowl and massive spoon!

This week I have mostly been eating......Kellogs Start. Designed to kick start your day, giving you all the energy you need to keep you active. However my box must be defective as I felt no desire to go for a run, instead I just lay on my sofa in my pants watching some crap I can't be arsed to change.

'Kelloggs Stop', whilst more accurate, doesn't have quite the same ring though...

That pesky lightweight eye, letting the rest of you down and giving you double vision. hehe

I go through cereal like there is no tomorrow. My current favourite is a bottom layer of sugar puffs with cornflakes on top, liberally sprinkled with nesquik after the milk goes on. Heaven.

I can't eat Suger Puffs as I once found a half eaten moth in my bowl, the other half was ingested. I now have a fear of moths and Suger Puffs.

I used to work with someone who didn't like milk and used to pour orange juice over her cereal instead.
