If you decide to do it on a weekday let me know. Watford are at home on the 24/9.

Joe, given Watford's current form wouldn't you get more enjoyment from helping Norman...? (And that comes from a someone who had 10 or 11 consecutive season tickets at Vicarage Rd "xx" years ago! wink )

Hi Norman,
if all else fails and Watford et al are a bigger draw than a TVR there's always the 1 man method that I perfected last weekend on my 3000S. I had a couple of friends volunteer but couldn't find a 3rd or a reserve so being impatient to see what the chassis was like I started a partial lift with jacks and bits of 4x2. As this progressed I could see a way in which I could get it off all by myself - which I did! If you're interested I could post a picture sequence.

Hi Norman, I can probably lend a hand. Birmingham south is not too far for me. I'll be away until 21 Sep. Drop me a mail with details. Interested to see your latest project!

Sunday would suit me better but I may be able to juggle things to do Saturday - if you're short of bodies let me know Norman I'll see what I can do.

Norman,
I think Graham is talking about his 3000S rather than an 'S'.

I Have a hope that Graham might post this on the Classics forum....and you can read it there!
Adrian@
As you know I have been one man lifting M series cars for 30 years....there is so much more to the S ....apart from that, yours is almost there anyway.

If the S series is so much different from the M series then I think it best to post on the Classics forum since I was refering to my 3000S. Give me a while to sort out the picture sequence then check the Classics!
