Young driver insurance

Live in Northern Ireland and one of my friends who is 19 is trying to get insurance on a 2003 1.3 Hyundai Accent, the cheapest quote he has got is around £3000, anybody know the cheapest insurer for young drivers?

There's no one cheapest insurer but Admiral are renowned for being absolutely mental kind to young drivers

A lot of insurers deal with northern ireland very different to the mainland so sometimes quotes you get are not valid in NI
