I've just moved to North Wales, so having ditched the road bike I decided to make the most of the local area and get back into mountain biking. I looked on pinkbike and spotted this for £600, 2011 Orange G3 - retail sale, brand new, 1 years warranty etc:



I've had Specialized Rockhoppers in the past and they were good, although they never had disk brakes let alone hydraulics, so I'm looking forward to seeing how this bike compares. Anyone on here got one?

Current Rockhoppers have hydraulic disc brakes - got mine (a 2011) for around £630ish a couple of months ago so would imagine, with the 2012s starting to come out, there are deals to be had out there.

Cool, my brother has a hardrock and its probably better than my old rockhopper. So the new Rockhoppers must be great. Have to agree on the deals out there, this Orange was meant to be £849.
