Passenger window adjustment starting to wind me up now...
Discussion
Every time i adjust it, something else seems to be a problem.
It is either too tight in the guide rail and pushes the rubber guide out, or there is a gap somewhere, or it decides to go the wrong side of the tab on the front pillar...
Anyone successfully adjusted theier own? got any tips???

Would probably agree with Neil's comments above.
Are there any witness marks on the 1)door glass - to position the glass on the carrier? and 2) the inner surface of the door skin/shell for the metal guides. This at least might get you back to where it was.
THEN......maybe you could remove the door card (and rubber water membrane), and with the door shut (and you indside the car), operate the window lift and make millimetric adjustments to the position of the guide rails so as to get the glass snug on the seal but lifting on the correct side of the A and B post rubber mouldings?
With the mechanism and glass 'travel' exposed as you operate the window lift, it may become clear as to where the adjustments need to be made?
I used a similar method to position the drivers door on my V8S when I reglassed the captive nut into the shell. Loosely attached door then closed same, used rubber door wedges to get even panel gaps, then leaning across the transmission tunnel from the passenger side, torqued up the sdjusting bolts.
Nope this helps!
