Austrian Vignette

Quick question for any of you who know:

If I use the following route ( http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=Zwolle,+The+Nether... ) Do I need to purchase the vignette? It works out only about 10minutes slower than using the motorways, and should cover some more interesting scenery.

Are you talking about the bit past Bregenz? You DO need the vignette for the tunnel as it's motorway, but if you stay off the motorway you don't need a vignette.
