John Peel has always wanted a TVR
Discussion
he said that last night Julian, didn't he? was listineng myself ( whilst playing far-cry ).
Mary-Ann Hobgoblin got him a tuscan experience day a year or two ago for his b'day - which he thoroughly enjoyed, by all accounts.
Nearly mailed him myself to invite him to combe next week...
might just do that.
he's making excuses anyhow, drives a bloody great jag saloon if memory serves.

John,
TVRs are a great secondhand purchase if you go for one of the Rover V8s - I can highly recommend the Griffith, or for those on a budget, the 4 litre Chimaera. Proper old school motoring, pant-wettingly good fun, and all for around £10k for a tidy early example. Find a decent specialist (there are plenty to choose from) and you can have supercar thrills for Fiesta money.
Give it some thought, you only live once!
Best regards,
Julian (avid TVR fan)
