A few months ago I filled up my family runaround with super from a local well known sells everything store and more,it started jerking and missing pretty much straight away so I took it to a local garage where it was confirmed I had a quantity of water in my fuel system, any way it was fixed and the selling company accepted my bill and paid with no problem.
Now a couple of weeks ago I filled up my Van with 95 ron from the same company but a different p a lot better again,am I just unlucky or are there others out there experiencing similar problems.

I did have an issue which I reported to trading standards after the station didn't put it right for some months, that was the pounds reader jumped up before any petrol had been delivered coz I hadn't pressed the trigger. They said that as it was super and not as widely used the fuel drained back down the delivery tube as the check valve allowed it to weep a bit whilst sitting there unused, that didnt happen with the 95 Ron.

My local garage was doing the same..You would be really carefull and it would jump to 0.02 over when you got to .99..One afternoon it happened so i walked round all the pumps and it was happening to everyone..After a short confrontation by 5 of us they promised to call the regulators in..It still happens but i never give them the odd..Its a really busy garage as well, As if it aint dear enough!!..Ziga

Count yourselves lucky my record on holiday was £1.65 a litre for unleaded.... how they can afford it in Holland beggars belief... I reckon we'll catch up soon though.

Did that include water Adam or just pure petrol?
