Yea it seems like you just need a new project.
I think you will miss your M400 just as soon as its gone.
Something to be said about being handmade in England.
I've toyed with having the 360 spider, I was sitting in one only yesterday at the Trax event at Silverstone, I'm tempted but I love my M12 and I have lots of improvements and mod's to be getting on with.
Pound for performance the Noble is better value and the M400 is rare, and can only mean worst case that you get free motoring.
Get it out on track and enjoy.

I moved from an M400 to an F430 a few years back, the novelty soon wore off, nice to have but in the real world too wide to hoon down country lanes etc.
The 360 is a snappy, tail happy afair that has launched many people into the hedgerow.
I've got an Ultima GTR now with a Procharger fitted - 700 plus bhp with more available, I wouldn't swap out of an M400 for one of these if you intend to go down the pub and the odd shopping trip.
They are far too single minded and need careful setting up to get the best from them.
Definately the way to go for sub six second 0-100mph and 200mph+ top speed ect, for not a lot of money.

Paul, the Noble is an exotic.......... "the stipulative definition has been used to describe vehicles that are so rare and unusual, it's not likely the mass population will ever see one in person . 99% of the public will seldom be fortunate enough to get near one as a driver or passenger. Furthermore, chances are the average layperson won't even know what the cars are (by brand or feature definitions and specs)
We only see them because they predominantly live in the UK, but worldwide they are unknown, how many people worldwide would know what a F360 is? and compare to how many people would know what a Noble M400 is....
How many Nobles were at that car show i saw you at ?? (1), how many F360's ? (35), exotics dont have to be expensive, expensive exotics are known as "ultra high end exotics" like your Enzo's etc...
Definition of a supercar," must have exceptional performance and sporting handling to match, must also be sleek and eye catching"
To consider going from a M400 to a 355 in my opinion is a big mistake, you would realise this shortly after carrying out the transaction.
The maintenance on a F360 can be high, my friend owns a Ferrari garage and is constantly packed out with putting new clutches and gearboxes, but saying that if you put a Caprisco exhaust on a F360 they sound like an F1 car.... but even that exhaust would cost 5k.
For me an F360 would be like going to a trendy club and most people there have turned up wearing the same designer shirt as you....it defies the purpose of car shows, when i go and all the F360's are lined up, its like oh yeah a 360, when you have seen one you have seen them all...for me they are the opposite of exotic, they are common place and lacking individuality and the F430 looks very much the same at first glance.
I personally would not go for a Ultima Gtr either, too rough around the edges and the front end is fugly.

This is very true only the other weekend we were at a car show, guy come's over,Quote,'WOW 2 noble's,never seen one before in the flesh',but to see 2 together,he was gob-smacked....
He then spent an hour talking about the ownership of one, this isn't the first time people have come up too us and say cant believe how good it look's and you always get the top gear comments, which helps.
It always makes my decision to buy mine some 2 years ago the right one and having to put up with the pains it gives out now and again still brings a huge grin every time.

I always fancied a 360 - until I drove one . I now feel it's a very dissapointing drive.
Sorry Fezzerati's -
I'm afraid gentlemen (and lady!), once you've onwed a Noble you've been spoilt - nothing much else under £150K will match the beastie's all round performance - IMHO. This is why there are so many Noble 1.0 (one-owner) cars here.

after opinions considering moving on the m400 for a 360 or 355 or ultima but not sure iff would regrett it what do you guys think as i know what i haveis a bit rarer than what im considering ??
Paul,I'm thinking of doing exactly the same but I'm off down the 355 route. Everybody who knows anything about Fezzas has told me to steer well clear of 360s, money pits I believe. Drove my first 355 last weekend and I would have to say it was extremely dissapointing. The car was a state and the drive/noise, I was in a aspider with the roof down, was totally underwhelming. I'm off to drive another GTS in a couple of weeks and I am hoping that it will reinforce my belief that it is worth it but I am now prepared to go down the GT-R route if that fails.

Perhaps my point would be invalid if you are minted but.............everytime I see an advert for a Lambo or Fezza, they seem to have done very little mileage like 3000 at 2 years old etc. Then when you see one like the Gallardo for sale on PH at the moment for 89K with 16000 miles on the clock, it says 'new clutch fitted'. It seems to me people buy these cars from new, pose around Knightsbridge, then sell them on for someone else to pick up big bills with f*** all on the clock!
I'd be interested to know how mant clutches you fit in a road going M400?

It is a 15 year plus old design, and no less a money pit than a 360 if you're not careful.
The 430 is a better bet service wise, No mandatory 3 year cam belt change.
reading all the various comments off diffrent threads ive posted its making my decision very hard as to what to do will see how i feel about it after a few drives the main consern is the thought of having someone to do the work to get a ink stamp to help retain value when i wouldbe capable nxt week would be the tell tale iff a 400 goes on classified
+1
I'm not going into this blind the 355 is a massive leap of faith by comparison to the Noble in so many different ways hence my second choice a GT-R.
Thanks for your comments though.
