Does anyone know of a garage where I can get my tyres replaced and wheels refurbished at the same time, in Leeds please?

I took my new tyres and changed it after refurb with the wheelspecialist at Garforth.

They quoted me £360 which seems to be quite steep, I thought people paid around £60 per corner for wheel refurbishing?

£ 360 is steep, £50-60 is nearer the norm.
