Practical car wanted c£1500

A friend's daughter is in all sorts of bother with her ex and he (my friend) has decided to help her out by buying her a car for her and 3 little people.

She needs something reliable, cheap to run, 5dr etc. Something like a Ford Focus.

Do any of you know anyone selling something like this?

Thanks Ross, hope they're happy with it, I'll miss my car have had it from new and although a few bumps and scrapes it goes really well and out of all our cars has always been so reliable!! but I have my new car now..Subaru Legacy so the focus really isn't needed!!

Yep, my friend texted me a pic of it all 'shined up' and it reveling in the power and handling (he's got a big merc barge esate) . Looked very nice, should be in his daughters' hands by now.
