Anyone any idea how much 360's and 550's could cost in about 8-10 years time?

And also if there is any indication when production of the tuscan might stop?

I should think that's unpredictable, as the value of cars like that fluctuates with the economy - remember the crash of 1990 and the XJ220, price of E-types etc.

Call me a cynic but I think the world - or at least our part of it - is heading for a big fall when Euroland goes pop. Buy a car because you want it, not for its residuals.

Agreed, all cars lose money over time, buy whatever you want/can afford and start saving for the next one. Whatever you get back from the first is a bonus.

Very difficult to say, about a year ago 360's were up to £140,000(with about 1000 miles on them), can get them now for about 40 grand less. 355's seem to have held their price reasonably well over the past few years. My 348 cost me about £34,000 a year ago, guess I'd get about £30,000 for it now.

I only ask as I am a dreamer! I've just left school and I am going to study aero engineering and I was looking to the time when I will have a job and be able to think about buying a sports car.

second hand of course!

Aero engineering is only my degree course, I plan to specialise in aerodynamics and end up making millions by designing ground breaking wings and spoilers working for an F1 team!

Speaking of E-Types - see in Classic and Sports car this month they have a dealer wanting £70K for a Series III (thats the v12) roadster.... Bugger off - you can get a rebuilt to your specification Lynx E for that...

Still goes to show that the prices are firming up again.

Cheers,

Paul
