Is it me, or is Symantec totally fubarred at the mo, i can't do a live update, and none of their websites is up at the mo.
Does anyone have any idea what the hell is going on?

They will help if you need it but are bloody hard to contact initially! Send them a snotty email and they reply. Their site is difficult to navigate, I hate it.
Fine here. Although it has stopped doing automatic updates.
I can't get anything though, anything to do with symantec just comes up as non reachable and i can't download anything
i have also started to get loads of advertising messages which had stopped
does anyone know of a helpline that they don't charge for
