Recommend me a game

I need a new game for the Xbox 360, ideally an action game like GTA etc. I don't like first person shooters though as I can't get along with the way they play. Any recommendations?

Indeed. I call this game a Time Vampire - you start it up and think "I'll just get an hour in" and three hours later you are still playing..... and wondering just where the time went.

Ok Red Dead has been ordered. I find it difficult to get into zombies and alien stuff. What about something like assassins creed but in a more modern setting?

In Fallout you are a human...... There are ghouls (but you get to kill most of them - though you can have some great fun when you wear a ghoul mask as they don't attack and you can seak around and just attack them whilst they rest!) It is post apocalypse.

Have you tried Oblivion? Little bit dated now but it's still got beautiful graphics and amazing complex gameplay.
