I'm on the fence with this one, i really do like the Sag's but i LOVE my T350 and find the 'classic' styling more appealing, but then i do like the mentalness of the Sag!

Money isn't the biggest factor (actually parking and maintaining would be seen as more of a 'waste' in my eyes if i kept two cars!), but i still can't see me parting with the T350 anytime soon...

So... would you swap your T350 for Sag?

=)

Nope. Just look at the wonky roof and add-on Halfords spoiler, then think about the front splitter on all those kerbs, oh, and the unresolved exhaust outlet/valance thing at the back. Stick with the perfect girl, the grungy bird might be good for a ride but the perfect girl is best all round.

I would, if only for the extra power and supposed handling improvements.

Would I pay nearly double the T350 to own one? Not worth it IMHO.

Would I hell, 350 is a far nicer looking car.
Sag just looks over fussy.

350 is very simple and pretty.

This one has been bothering me, a bit!

I do think the T350 in C form has the most beautiful lines of any TVR. I do think the sag is a bit over the top, but sometimes I am in the mood for going 'a bit over the top' wink

I am lucky enough to have a lot of factory sag upgrades that give my Tiv the 'Red Rose' label; brakes and suspension, and a 4.0 Tuscan S engine and exhaust system. Best of both worlds?

What difference in bhp is there , and couldn't it be made up by a 4L upgrade or 4.3 , which may be cheaper than changing , anyway a 350 is IMHO the most desirable looking Tiv , I wish they made a soft top though !

I used to think I preferred the 350, then I bought a sagaris after I saw one In the flesh at a local garage.

I now think the 350 is somewhat of a girls car, too small and petit - this said it looks far better in certain colours.

Sorry if this offends any alfa male 350 owner types!!

Hopefully some other sagaris owners will back me up!!
All said, I did love my chim, the v8 just has that charm that the speed 6 doesn't have

I just look at the back of the T350s, and think that the cheese grater looked better on the front of the Tuscan..... whistlewink

Peter's 350 which I've been in would be nice , Ls3 98 derivitive , wouldn't say no to a speed six with a top end rebuild or a 4L/4.3L. I prefer a tvr with the top down any day so its back to the seac for the present .Difficult not to like the 350 though.

Having owned an S1, Griff 4.3, T350 and now a Sag... I can unequivocally state that the Sag is the best TVR ever built!

That goes for build quality and handling. It will go around the outside of any other TVR in a corner on a track and massively out perform any on the road. It is so planted and balanced.

So if your decision is based on looks then choose the car you (subjectively) think looks best on your drive. If you want the best build/drive/handling car there is only the Sag to go for!

BTW: It looks better anyway (in my subjective view). lol.

Agree, plus it's surprising how good the Sagaris looks when you can actually afford one wink

Yes and no. Test driven a few Sag's over the years, can have very similar but not identical 'feel' on road or track.

Yes - would happily have a Sag, as it can be just as fast as my T350 on road or track wink (after the T350 had some equalising steering & suspension mods)

No - wouldn't pay any more for one, due to above plus does look more in-your-face but not quite as attractive IMHO and can't be as subtle on the road when you just want to 'make progress' cop

Loved my T350C.
Only had the Sag 4 months and is it worth double ???? You know what ? I didn't think I would find this the case, as heart was ruling head in desire for a Sag, but I actually think it is worth double !

It's a brilliant car.
