So who's going to be the first !! New 7 Speed manual.
Discussion
If you racing the car, then I can see the point of a sequential / flappy paddle 'box, but on the road (for me) such a system would take something away from the driver interaction that the Ultima delivers in spades. I do think it's a shame that so many driver's car / supercars now come with auto-type 'boxs just because shift times are fast, which helps in the willy-waving 0-60 figures etc. And don't even get me started on the CO2 bull****.
7-speed manual probably has quite tightly packed ratios I'd have thought, so might not suit the torquey V8 Ultima. As noted above, would be interesting to see how it's geared.

On an LS7? Is it just sequential (still have to pump the clutch) or semi-automatic?
Alex the engine is not a LS7 which is also a very nice engine but I choose for 2 more cylinders in this case a BMW V10 with a bigger bore and stroke revving approximately to 9000 Rpm.This transmission will still use a clutch for take off and when you are moving its just moving forward to go down in gears or pull to shift up.
you will also use the clutch at the traffic light or in a trafic jam.
