R8 vs 360 vs Gallardo.

My OH has kindly bought me a driving experience and I get to choose from the above cars, I'm sure I would be happy with any of them but I thought I would ask the question anyway!

What car should I choose for a 5 lap session and why?

Heart says Ferrari but I'm not a massive fan of the 360, I've always liked the Gallardo but would I enjoy the experience as much? Do I want to drive a TT R8?

I'd knock the R8 off staight away. I think the Gallardo would get my vote tbh, I love the Ferrari but it doubt it would give the same adrenaline rush as the Gallardo. 5 laps is not a lot so you want a sharp shock that you won't forget any time soon!

360 everytime for me. My reasoning would be that whilst the Gallardo may be faster etc as a confirmed lover of all things Ferrari I could not miss the oppurtunity to have a play.

If you're comfortable with oversteer, go for the 360. Awesome sound track and great chassis.

If you haven't driven high powered RWD cars at high speed before, you'd probably get more from the Lambo given how few laps you've got.

Lets face it, you'll not really have a bad time in any of these cars

I've driven all 3 of them, R8 is very competent but a bit naff,

They won't let you turn to TC off, so go for the Lambo which is a lot faster than the 360.
That said, I preferred the 360 as it feels much more alive than the Lambo,

Can't comment on the Gallardo or r8 but i did a 360 track thing a few weeks ago. It was certainly grin inducing, and the sound track was awesome.

i've read a few negative comments on the 360 on the boards about it not being that quick and poor build quality, but i really enjoyed it.

It'd be either the gallardo or 360, but i think i'd chose the 360. You'll have fun either way.

I did some laps in a Gallardo last year around Silverstone. Fantastic car & the instructors encourage plenty of speed.
