How can I tell which Fiesta I have ?

I want to buy some new wheels for my 2007 Fiesta Zetec S, they list JD3 or JH1, but doing a quick search on google they appear to be the same.

Does anybody know the difference, if any and how I find out which I need to order ?

They're model codes for the same generation car (so I doubt it matters in this instance), IIRC JH1 is 5dr, JD3 is 3dr
