Android phone - what satnav to put on memory card?

as I cannot put my TomTom Nav6 on my HTC Wildfire I am now looking for a system to put on the memory card - it is a works phone and cannot connect to the web (unless at a wifi spot).

get your work to add a data bundle to your tariff (unless this satnav addition is not for work use).

If so, pity, as the standard google maps navigation is in my opinion, excellent. Only downside would be the rather small screen on the wildfire.
I am not aware of any sat nav apps that store maps locally, I'd imagine the space required would be rather bulky....

Co pilot do a version for android. I've used it before and found it fine, not quite as easy to get around as tomtom but still very usable.

It is a works sim in my phone (shouldn't even have a camera facility) but every one (almost) has done the same. I shall have a look at co-pilot.

Latest Co Pilot is poor....looks the biz but has so many issues....I dumped it for the not so snazzy to look at but efficient Ndrive... yer pays yer money

I have been a long time TomTom user, but on a Windows mobile - so, with the new phone being Android I had to look at other options.

I tried CoPilot - but not good.

Now using Sygic, and the new version released just a week or so back is proving to be very good indeed - almost better than TomTom!

Thanks for that, not heard of it before and looks great. £30 for europe isn't bad either.
