Opinions on this watch please

I currently have a Citizen Eco-Drive Titanium WR100, that I've had for quite a few years.

I quite fancy getting a watch with a canvas strap (something a bit more casual & sporty), and was thinking about this:

Anyone got this watch? What do you think of it?

Also, any suggestions for alternatives?

I prefer the basic military-style one that's about £60.

What does military style mean? I've seen this term used but never been totally sure what makes a watch military style.
