Hi
Do any pre-cat owners know where I can get the black centre caps with TVR logo that fit onto the Gotti/Axia wheels?
Thanks

Thanks for the replies. Race tech only have two left now. They were specially made as a batch and have run out. I need all four so I think I'll wait until I can get a whole set. Thanks Boz. Hoover, can you let me know if should happen to find out where you got yours from.

Thanks
Rob

Hek, i hadn't contacted them yet, i was going to get x4, as they are not quite the same as the originals. They are not very near the top of my shopping list yet as the car is still in loads of bits.

The 'legs' on the original are going really brittle.

Looks like I'll have to try and make my own from bits and pieces on eBay. Shame cos I really like the look of the RaceTech ones.

Would they make another batch if we came up with the numbers? I'd be interested in a spare set for sure....

Hi Hoover,

I know that this thread is a good few years old. However, if you still have it, I was wondering if I could buy your spare Gotti centre cap?

I am looking at getting a set made up and possibly doing a small run to benefit other pre-cat owners.

All the best

I bought the one off Hoover. I'd be interested in a spare set or 2 as I have a spare set of wheels. There are some on Ebay which may work but never took the plunge to try any, and they wouldn't be identical but at least would fill the hole and you could put a TVR sticker onto.

Thank you for responding. Would you consider selling the cap? I was thinking of taking a CAD drawn design to an injection moulding company. They will offer a quote on tooling which I believe is usually in the region of £400-500, then I could do an initial run of 20-30 sets if other owners are interested.

I know it probably seems like a lot of effort but I've drawn a blank on these caps for 12 months or more.

Defo a no for selling, sorry. I've bought other wheels just to get the cap.

Would it be worth speaking to Engineer1949, i`m sure there was a thread where he machined some out of some sort of plastic for a Wedge.
