Anyone who is anywhere near the Woburn area (just south of Milton Keynes) could do worse than pop along to the Woburn Oyster Festival ... if you like Oysters that is...good day out.
It's on Friday/Sat/Sunday.
I used to think it came from some ancient trading ritual, turns out the idea was from a few mates in a Pub, so quite PH.
