speed camera near Plymouth?

Thought I saw a camera van about 1 mile from the slip road from Marsh Mills roundabout onto A38-but it was green!?-had some writing on the side but could not read it-fortunately I was not over the limit at the time-anyone else seen this one?

There have been rumours of a scamarati van lurking in the area on the A38. Be careful out there....

Not seen a green one, but the sneaky sods have a small silver van (Astramax sized thing) which has been near Plymouth on the A38.

my old man saw a mobile unit (he didn't say what colour the van was) on the A38 near Lee Mill a wouple of weeks ago. He drives 2-3K miles a month around the area and hasn't seen many (or got any points recently)
