I have a 2003 fiat doblo van which broke down and appears now to need a new ECU unit (long story but mechanic removed old ECU when I questioned his price of £1600 for a new one and so sitting in another garage "unable to be fixed" apparently). Van used to run okay up until then. Need advice on the best way forward if I were to get shot of the van - am I better to sell the whole van (am I able to do this on this site and how do I know a price) or contact Scrap Merchant to collect (which they will probably charge me for and then sell it for parts - has roof rack, tow bracket etc on it!) Thanks for help. Sorry if in wrong section.

Thanks for that - seems really obvious now! What kind of price should I ask or should I just be glad someone takes it away! The rest of the bodywork and interior etc is perfect.

Start at £99.00..."Grab a bargain!"

Everyone else selling junk on ebay does?
