Hello

Just a few photos of my newly purchased M3 CS that I have now had detailed by All That Gleams, based in Surrey. I will be bringing it along to Sunday Service at Mercedes-Benz World this weekend. Let's hope for some kind weather!!!

The CSL is awesome. Unfortunately my budget didn't quite stretch to one! Still, really happy with the CS and I love the colour. Great photos of the CSL

Beautiful. Is it Individual Velvet Blue? Or is it Interlagos Blue?

Didn't know the CS had 'CS' on the bootlid. Also, what upholstery is that - standard on the CS?

It is interlagos Blue having received some serious polishing followed by dodo juice supernatural! Yeah the CS badge is from the previous owner. It may well be removed in due course! The interior was a no cost option on the run out models apparently. I wasn't sure at first but having seen it in the flesh I really liked it. Something different from the norm on these cars

Not bad, not bad at all. But he missed a bit; the insides of those tailpipes could surely come up better?

Yeah, he has received the official complaint! He is due back next week for public flogging!!

In all seriousness the pipes have been neglected for the last six years and unfortunately there ain't much we can do about them, short of replacing them!

As I understand it they were a no cost option on the late E46 M3's. Most buyers went with the full leather option, so this is fairly unusual. It looks wicked in real life and gives the car maybe a more sporty image in my opinion!

I like it. I had the motorsport alcantara type seats in one of my E36 M3's and i've always like to see it in E34 M5's and the occasional E39. Not seen it on an E46 though.
