North London Fighter jets?

I'm getting reports of some sort of private jet circling round North London with two fighter jet escorts.

Any ideas?

They're not fighter jets.

What was this all about? I saw them over what used to be RAF Hendon yesterday evening.

I believe it was just a base flypast. There was a Notam apparently out there for it. It was also rumoured, not sure whether it happened though, of a flypast by a BBMF Spitfire.

So it was nothing more than a station flypast. It may have been some squadron/base/Battle of Britain Commemoration.
