Gutted

Was balancing the childs buggy in one had whilst removing the rear load cover in my E90 touring and dropped it. I managed to get the plastice ends all clipped back together but the cover no longer retracts. Does anyone know if these can be fixed ?

Can't say if it can be fixed as we don't know how badly damaged it is.

Well yes, thats it.

Dropped it on one of the ends whilst trying not to hit the rear bumper with it on removal and also balancing the buggy at the same time. I guess succesfully balancing the buggy and not hitting my car was 2 out of 3 proving as i man i can mutlitask - shame its going to cost me

The end snapped out of place... so i snapped it back in, pulled the load cover out and its now stuck out. From what i can tell the roller should connect to the plastic end piece internally. Unfortunately the outer casing is rivetted together making it difficult to take apart.
