I will be buying a Can Am next year (already have the motor) but what color? The yellow and green are outstanding! The red & blue are not me. Have never seen the white, black or orange on any web sites. Anybody have and pics?

If I were ordering a new Ultima, I would go for silver/gray. Silver with black trim looks great! I'm sure you will make a good choice.

Actually, go to google.com and enter Ultima GTR and then click on the images link on the top left. There are 100s of pictures to help choose a good color.

Good Luck.

Thanks Jim, lots of options? The silver/grey is now on my list of color options. The Ultima web site does list silver/grey as an option for the Can Am?

Strange question, but does anyone know if the factory will send you color samples? Due to photo and computer monitor differences, I can't quite get an accurate idea of what the colors actually look like.

I have the yellow and it is most impressive particularly when stood alongside any other yellow car.

If I were starting a build today it would be the new green.

BRG does not look right at all. Silver is for Mondeos.

Not convinced by your engine choice.
It looks like it is both too tall and too long with those front pulleys. Engines to go in an Ultima need as much room as possible at the front as they are almost touching the front bulkhead.

Just what I was thinking, not with that crank pulley anyway and you'd have to lose those stacks!!

ETS Isn't silver a spray job only, as in not available in gel coat?

I asked for pictures of cars painted with all their color options, but the factory didn't have a portfolio? When I get ready to order, I will ask for a sample color chip? BRC, yellow, silver.....
As for the stacks!!! That's the Can Am look. Just cut four holes in the trunk and listen to the air suck!

Thanks Dom. I'll take you up on the 100 photo's. It's always nice to learn from the folks that have been there.

Clivey,

Great looking Can Am, I'm envious. Black is a great choice , once you go black.....!

shorten them stacks and that will fit, as its a sbc they have more room in front of them.
